Kansas City area command Advisory Board: The purpose of The Salvation Army Advisory Board is to provide input (advise), support (financial and time), and key influence with external constituencies (door-opening and advocacy) to further the goals and objectives of The Salvation Army in pursuit of its mission.

To recognize our organization’s ability to change lives is fueled by our success in raising funds and awareness, in support of programs and operations. Likewise, as a community volunteer in a leadership role, you acknowledge a personal responsibility to contribute to the cause you support. The assistance that you provide may take varying forms.
