Committee Members

We’re delivering food justice one neighborhood at a time. Kanbe’s Markets is on a mission to build a more inclusive food system by transforming food loss into food access. Our work serves the most vulnerable in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area while reducing unnecessary waste of nutritious foods discarded into landfills.

Committee members work alongside Board members to advance the Kanbe mission. We are looking for expertise in learn, accounting, fundraising, relationship building/fundraising, and finance. The ideal volunteer has an entrepreneurial spirit and understands social start ups.
