Gilda’s Club Kansas City is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Treasurer to join our Board of Directors and help advance our mission of ensuring that no one faces cancer alone. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background and experience with QuickBooks, with the ability to provide oversight and guidance related to the organization’s financial health, budgeting, reporting, and fiscal accountability. Working in partnership with the CEO, board leadership, and our accounting partners, the Treasurer will help review financial statements, support the annual budgeting and audit processes, and ensure the Board has a clear understanding of the organization’s financial position. This is a meaningful opportunity to use your financial expertise to strengthen a growing Kansas City nonprofit and help ensure our no-cost programs of support, education, and connection remain available to individuals and families impacted by cancer.
