Flourish, Kansas City’s furniture bank, partners with social service agencies providing wrap-around services to empower families overcoming housing insecurity. By collecting, repairing, and providing donated furniture and home essentials for the entire home, Flourish impacts lives.

Flourish is Kansas City's only non-profit furniture bank. Flourish works with over 85 social service agencies throughout Kansas City to provide an entire home of furniture and home essentials when families acquire housing.

Flourish is expanding its Board of Directors and is currently recruiting for 5 board seats. We are looking for the following areas of expertise to round out our current board seats:

  1. Fundraising/grant writing

  2. Social Services/NonProfit/Partner Agency

  3. Operations/Warehouse/Logistics

  4. Legal

  5. Entrepreneur/Business Development

  6. Tech
