Board Members

Divine Family Services is committed to supporting youth, adults, and families on their path to healing and recovery. Through compassionate recovery support and family services, we help individuals overcome co-occurring challenges, strengthen well-being, and build resilient, healthy futures.

Divine Family Services, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering recovery, restoring hope, and strengthening families, is seeking passionate and committed individuals to join our Board of Directors.

As a board member, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Guide the strategic direction of programs serving youth and adults in outpatient recovery support.

  • Support family-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive services.

  • Participate in committees that focus on governance, program quality, finance, diversity, partnerships, and employee wellbeing.

  • Help secure resources through our Board “Get” fundraising initiative, supporting the organization’s sustainability.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Leaders with experience in behavioral health, finance, governance, advocacy, fundraising, community partnerships, or program evaluation.

  • Individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth, adults, and families in recovery.

  • Board members committed to ethical, engaged, and collaborative governance.

Commitment:

  • Attend quarterly hybrid board meetings (approx. 90 minutes each)

  • Serve on at least one board committee

  • Support the Board’s annual “Get” fundraising goal
