Clement Waters is a Kansas City–based nonprofit strengthening community health through preventive, nature-based programs that support stress regulation, food access, land stewardship, and the long-term sustainability of grassroots leadership. Our work focuses on practical, upstream solutions that strengthen everyday wellbeing and produce measurable outcomes for individuals, households, and community systems.
We are seeking a Board Member to serve in an active governance role overseeing strategic progress, financial accountability, and organizational performance. Board members contribute 3–5 hours per month through meeting participation and committee work, support fundraising and resource development, and help guide long-range planning, leadership oversight, and ethical governance. This role is well suited to professionals in finance, operations, HR, or business strategy who value disciplined decision-making, steady progress, and real-world impact within resource-constrained environments.
