CASA of Johnson & Wyandotte Counties seeks engaged community leaders to provide strategic oversight, strengthen community connections, and help advance our mission of advocating for children who have experienced abuse and neglect. Board members serve as ambassadors for CASA, actively participate in governance and committee work, and use their expertise, relationships, and resources to help ensure the organization’s long-term strength and impact. (These meetings are preferred in person with remote ability)
Fund Development Committee members provide insight, expertise, and strategic support to strengthen CASA’s fundraising, marketing, and community visibility. Members help inform fundraising and event strategies, corporate and foundation grant opportunities, donor engagement, and marketing and communications efforts, while leveraging their expertise and connections to expand CASA’s reach and philanthropic support.
